about us

Gulf Coast Spray Foam opened in 2022 to bring better insulation to Southwest Florida, and the installers behind it have more than 10 years of insulation work under their belts. We install spray foam, batt, and blown-in insulation for homeowners, builders, and commercial and agricultural property owners, from new builds waiting on drywall to older attics that never kept the heat out. At Gulf Coast Spray Foam, we believe great service starts with building a strong rapport with every customer, so we talk through your options and help you pick the insulation that suits your space before any work begins. We are licensed and insured, estimates are free, and every job is aimed at 100% customer satisfaction, whether you are in Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, or up the coast in Sarasota. In heat and humidity like ours, good insulation pays you back in a cooler house and an air conditioner that finally gets a break.

WHAT WE ARE BEST AT

OUR SERVICES

Spray foam insulation seals the gaps, seams, and soffits that let hot, humid air into attics and walls, so your home stays cooler and your air conditioner stops working overtime.

Batt insulation fits snugly between open wall studs, floor joists, and attic framing to slow heat transfer and soften outside noise, giving you dependable comfort at a sensible cost.

Blown-in insulation fills attic floors and hard-to-reach cavities with an even, gap-free layer that tops up thin coverage and keeps summer heat away from the rooms below.

Insulation removal and replacement clears out old, flattened, or damaged material and puts fresh insulation in its place, bringing back the comfort an aging attic has lost.

New construction insulation gets walls, ceilings, and attics properly insulated before the drywall goes up, helping builders stay on schedule while new owners move into an efficient home.

Commercial and agricultural insulation helps offices, warehouses, barns, and metal buildings hold steadier temperatures, protecting the people, stock, and equipment inside.

frequently asked questions

Which type of insulation is right for my home?

It depends on where the insulation is going and what you want it to do. Spray foam seals air leaks well, batts suit open walls and framing, and blown-in fills attic floors and tight cavities. Gulf Coast Spray Foam installs all three, so we can recommend the one that fits your space and budget.

Is spray foam a good choice in a hot, humid climate?

Spray foam is popular in hot, humid climates because it insulates and seals air gaps in a single layer. That helps keep muggy outdoor air out of attics and walls. Whether it is the best fit for your home depends on the building, and we will talk you through the options first.

Can I stay home while spray foam is being installed?

During spraying, occupants usually need to stay out of the work area. The space also needs to ventilate for a period afterward, as the product maker directs. We will tell you what to expect for your job before any work begins.

Does old insulation need to come out before new insulation goes in?

Not always. Insulation that is wet, flattened, moldy, or damaged by pests is usually best removed so the new layer can do its job. Gulf Coast Spray Foam handles insulation removal and replacement, so the old material can come out and the new insulation can go in on the same project.

What areas do you serve and when can I reach you?
